Project Overview
We knew almost instantly that we were going to be a good fit for what Kay needed in a home renovation contractor. Dan had the pleasure of sitting down with her and discussing some unique options for her beautiful home in Battle Ground, Washington. They were able to go over all of the amazing services we offer at Left Coast and ultimately decided that replacing all the windows in the home would be the best option for the customer. Once Kay decided on the services we were going to provide, the real fun began.
From start to finish, the project went really well and Kay was really pleased with our overall professionalism and the transparency we demonstrated throughout the process. Take a peek at the photos we were able to capture of the final product!
Challenges
Our superstar Production Manager was the next team member that had the pleasure of working with Kay during the project. Diana contacted the customer to schedule the logistics of the job and to gather any additional information that may help in the future.
The Homeowner mentioned that she had a lot of keepsakes and knickknacks decorating her lot, and was concerned that during the hustle and bustle of the work, that they may be damaged. Diana was able to reaffirm that our production takes the utmost care with a customer’s property, and we actually aim to leave it better than we found it!
Simonton Windows
Dan was able to showcase all of the amazing Simonton Window Products we offer and they began creating a production plan. Kay fell in love with the Daylight Max line because not only do they look great, they also are designed to mitigate energy costs! From start to finish, the project went really well and Kay was really pleased with our overall professionalism and the transparency we demonstrated throughout the process.
